It's screaming summer - the streaking sun rays, the crowded sandy beach and the warm crashing of the waves. Bathing suit season is definitely here. Question is, are you beach body ready? Sure I'm no Victoria's Secret angel, but no matter how self conscious I get most of the time when wearing a swimsuit it doesn't hinder me from finding the right one for my shape. I'm not really an expert on this, but they said you should start by classifying your body type (in terms of shape). You can try Oprah's cheat sheet to determine which one matches yours.
So last weekend, my girlfriends and I spent a whole day searching for the perfect swimwear. I hate to admit but I'm not really that excited knowing that I haven't reached my bikini body goal for this summer. Since I'm shopping with the craziest bunch of overly excited, loud shrieking girls I was forced into that swimwear splurging situation. The upcoming Maldives trip is partly to blame for this, the short holiday keeps pushing my panic button on. So there we were, shop hopping - exploring almost all swimwear brands known to mankind (exagg!). Seriously though we have a personal list of trusted brands when it comes to beach wear. Whether you’re into bandeau tops, halters, skirted bottoms or adorable little boy shorts, these brands sure do make them sweet and fashionable. You can also turn to these shops if you're looking for trendy and comfortable summer dresses, skirts, shorts and cover-ups.

OMG, you're going to Maldives?!!! ang saya saya naman. advice ko lang miej take it easy, prepare target sets per day when you go to the gym. (upper, core, lower) pag kasi masyado ka pagod sa isang visit kasi ginawa mo lahat maiisip mo ayaw mo na bumalik. i see more results pag hindi ko hinaharass yung sarili ko sa gym, kasi the more na gusto ko bumalik. sabayan mo din ng diet kasi limited na ang time. super excited to see you girls in those bikinis
Yup Juls and we're super excited. Thanks for your work out tips, it would help a lot. We're taking it easy though, mostly running and floor exercises lang naman ako dahil hinde rin naman tlaga kaya ng katawan ko and diet ofcourse. Tara, sama ka! =)
